The entire Data Center facility is secured by the Ministry of Interior in a 24/7/365 operating regime. Access to the facility is granted only to authorized persons through designated access zones and with issued ID cards. 
Visits to the Government Data Center by persons who are not employees must be announced no later than 48 hours before arrival, except in urgent cases. Visit requests are approved through a dedicated link obtained upon request at: info@dct.rs.

The technical security system monitors all vital points inside the facility and along the perimeter, using more than 200 IP cameras. The perimeter protection of the complex is implemented through thermal imaging cameras, visible-spectrum cameras and PTZ cameras. The system also includes infrared cameras for external area protection, as well as cameras providing full coverage of the facility interior, together with detectors for contact with the protective fence surrounding the complex. 

Intrusion detection systems and the access control system are also integrated into the technical security system, enabling centralized monitoring and management through the Operations Center.

Access to the technical area of the facility is provided through interlocking capsules. Passage through the capsules is mandatory when entering and exiting the technical area, during which automated control of permitted items being brought in and taken out is performed.

Access to keys for dedicated racks is managed through a dedicated key distribution cabinet protected by controlled access. Upon valid identification and verified access rights, the user may retrieve only the key assigned to their rack. All access events are recorded in the access logging system and monitored by video surveillance to ensure full traceability and security.
