Facility
- Approx. 7,000 m² of net operational space
- Area for preparation, unpacking of goods and loading zone
- Area for unpacking and testing equipment
- Loading and unloading docks, including dock stations, doors and hydraulic ramps, for bringing equipment into the Data Center
- Area for preparation of IT equipment installation
- Business meeting area
- Warehouse space for the storage and safekeeping of IT equipment
- Vehicle parking area, including parking spaces for electric vehicles with AC/DC chargers
- Dimensions of the entrance/exit doors for the IT equipment installation area: width: 1.20 m; height: 2.50 m
- Dimensions of the IT room: 6 x 12 x 3.5 m, measured from the raised floor surface
- Raised floor with an antistatic and fire-resistant surface, with a structural height of 0.6 m from the floor.

Premises
IT Module 1 consists of:
- 8 IT rooms, each containing 20 or 24 IT rack cabinets
- 4 UPS rooms
- 2 technical rooms
- A corridor area

ICT Equipment Housing
Standard 42U rack cabinets, APC AR3350 and AR3300 models, with widths of 750 mm or 600 mm and a depth of 1,200 mm.
- Redundant PDU strips:
Rack PDU Basic (230 V, 32 A, 20 C13 and 4 C19)
Easy Rack PDU (230 V, 32 A, 18 C13 and 6 C19)
- Adjustable mounting rails in racks for the installation of IT equipment.

Power Supply
- Diesel generators for continuous power supply with 96 hours of autonomy without refuelling: 4 x 2.5 MVA
- Main power supply: 3 x 400/230 V AC, 50 Hz, with dry-type transformers 35/0.4 kV, 2 x 2,500 kVA per module
- UPS: 3 x 400/230 V AC, 50 Hz
- Power connections for cabinets: AC 32 A three-phase and 32 A single-phase
- Common earthing and surge protection
- 2N redundancy at all levels of the power supply system, with a 2N section in the transformer and generator supply
- The primary power supply, delivered from two independent sides, is connected to the 35 kV switchgear and further to redundant transformers, which convert the voltage to 0.4 kV and provide power supply for one IT module.
- The secondary power supply is provided by diesel-electric generator sets with a capacity of 2.5 MVA, with two generators supplying one IT module. The generators provide 96 hours of autonomy at full load without refuelling.
- The UPS systems have a capacity of 500 kW per unit, with each UPS covering four IT modules, specifically one MDU cabinet in each IT module.

Cooling System
- The cooling system for IT equipment is designed with 2N redundancy, including chillers, InRow cooling units and air-conditioning cabinets.
- Temperature and relative humidity are monitored and controlled through a central monitoring and management system, using a redundant BMS.
- Cooling is organized based on the CRAH principle, with APC NetShelter Aisle Containment dual sliding doors used as the containment model.

Carrier-Neutral Data Center
Connectivity with all operators/providers present in the data center is available.
The Carrier-Neutral service concept in the Data Center is implemented through a dedicated Meet-Me Room, which serves as the central interconnection point with various telecommunications providers. This enables users to freely choose their operator and flexibly implement telecommunications services, without being tied to a single provider.
The Data Center also provides independent provider rooms, with multiple telecommunications providers present, ensuring secure and redundant links for users.
